A Gentle Practice of Regeneration: A soft return to your natural vitality

Purpose: To circulate your creative life force through the body, supporting balance, emotional clarity, and quiet renewal. Duration: 5–7 minutes daily(best upon awaking or before rest). Posture: Sit comfortably with a straight spine, or lie down with your eyes closed.

Begin with Breath: Let your breath become your anchor. Inhale slowly through your nose for 5…Hold gently for 5…Exhale softly through your mouth for 5… Repeat this rhythm 9 times. No force. Just a steady, kind presence.

Visualization: Bring awareness to the base of your spine. Imagine a warm, soft light forming there—a living glow of creative energy. There is nothing to push. Only to notice.

Ascension of Energy: With each inhale, allow this light to rise naturally. From the base…to the lower abdomen…to the solar plexus…to the heart…to the throat…to the center of the brow…and gently to the crown.

Let it move like a slow, luminous current.

Inner Declaration: When your body feels calm and your mind quiet, softly affirm—within or aloud:

“My creative energy rises and nourishes me.

It restores my body and brings clarity to my mind.

I am the living temple of my own renewal.”

Integration: Now imagine a sphere of warm, golden light surrounding your body—about two feet in all directions. Like a gentle sun… soft, protective, and alive.

Rest inside it.

Closing: Offer a simple thank you—not as a ritual, but as recognition.

This energy already knows where to go. Practice for 21 days, and let the changes unfold naturally.
